This high-end newly built beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with a pool in the residential area of Turtle tail has been spared no expense in its development. The pool has waterfalls and a glass wall that allows you to see out from underwater and you can see in from outside the pool.
Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the Great Room has a full view of the ocean as well as independent sliding glass door access to the balcony-patio deck. The floor plan is a completely open and modern with a 10-foot ceiling and a good sized ceiling fan. There are limestone coral French pattern tile through interior and exterior.
Independently controlled AC units are throughout the villa so guests can control the temperature in each bedroom. However you will probably find you don’t need the AC on if the windows and doors are open in combination with the tall ceilings that offers guests a wonderful cool breeze.
The kitchen is state of the art contemporary with bar-style seating around the island and a 4k UHD LED TV with Apple TV. The villa includes wifi with the best Internet speeds available on the island. There is Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances.
From the Great Room and pool patio deck, you have a wonderful view of the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret on the island.
On the patio deck, the glass railing will never obstruct views as it is all floating glass with no banisters or pilings.
The beach at Sing a Song II is private so you will not have the crowds you see on the resort side of the island at Long Bay and Grace Bay Beaches. It is equipped with beach beds with king size mattresses, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, beach volleyball and also a life-sized game of beach chess.
There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Sing a Song Villa I & III. Sing a Song Villa II can be rented separately or together with Villa I and Villa III and ideal for larger groups of guests (higher nightly rates would apply when renting all 3 villas together).
If you enjoy kite boarding there’s plenty of wind on the Southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days.
