Boasting three separate villas, Villa I has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and was completed in 2016. Villa II is has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and completed in 2018, and Villa III is 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which was completed in 2020.
Villa I has the largest pool and patio deck with 2 king size pool beds on each side of the pool as well as the 20ft ceiling in the Great Room kitchen area, together with 16ft pocket sliding doors that disappear into the wall giving the illusion that the outdoor space continues indoors.
Villa II is the smallest of the 3 unique buildings and ideal for smaller groups of 2-4 people. Villa II boasts a glass wall pool and waterfall.
Villa III has an exceptional 3rd floor roof top terrace that provides guests with the highest view in Bristol Hill Road’s private beach cove. It offers an incredible 360-degree view of the Caicos Banks and the Island itself.
All 3 villas have their own independent and private entrances, private parking, private pools, and walkways down to the beach providing privacy if rented separately.
