This newly built beachfront villa has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and located in the high-end residential Turtle tail area. All of Sing a Song Villa III bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, views towards the beach as well as independent sliding glass door access to the 2nd floor balcony.
The Great Room is a completely open and modern floor plan with L-shaped sliding doors designed to tuck away and give you an incredible southern breeze on the pool deck. The third floor rooftop terrace with outdoor daybed s is a perfect place to catch both sunrise and sunset as well as night time star-gazing.
When the sliding glass doors open and disappear, the outdoor and indoor space becomes one combining an all tile interior and exterior with the same limestone coral French pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. The Sing a Song Villa III has independently controlled AC units throughout so you can control the temperature in each bedroom. You will probably find you won’t need the AC on whilst the windows and doors are open, and together with the tall ceilings there’s a wonderful cool breeze.
The state of the art contemporary kitchen has bar-style seating around the island as well as seating for 6 guests in the dining area giving a total seating capacity for 10 guests in the kitchen/dining area. Sing a Song Villa III has a 45 inch 4k UHD LED TV with Apple TV and has wifi with the best internet speeds available on the island. There is a laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances.
Plunge into the pool and experience the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost guaranteed. On the rooftop deck, the glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings.
The Sing a Song Villa III beach is private so you will not have the crowds you see on the resort side of the island. It is equipped with beach beds with king size mattresses, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach volleyball and also a life-sized game of beach chess.
There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including Sing a Song Villa I & II. Sing a Song Villa III can be rented separately or together with Villa I and Villa II and ideal for larger groups of guests (higher nightly rates would apply when renting all 3 villas together).
If you enjoy kite boarding there’s plenty of wind on the Southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days.
