Sing a Song Villa I is a newly built beachfront 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom property located in the high-end residential Turtle tail area. The villa is a one of a kind gem. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a full view of the ocean as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck. The Great Room has an open and modern floor plan with a 17 ft vaulted cathedral ceiling and a 7 ft diameter ceiling fan.
The 16 ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall, seamlessly blending the outdoor and indoor space which is enhanced with an all tile interior and exterior in the same limestone coral French pattern. With the sliding kitchen doors open the area immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. There are controlled AC units throughout so you can independently control the temperature in each bedroom. With the windows and doors open, and combined with the ceiling fans, there’s a wonderful cool breeze and may not require the AC.
Sing a Song Villa I comes with a state of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating around the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area, providing a total seating capacity of 10 in the kitchen/dining area.
The master bedroom has a full view of the ocean and the beach, which is one of the best-kept secrets on the island and challenges Grace Bay Beach. If you want quiet, private and still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect villa for you.
The villa has a 55 inch 4k UHD LED TV with Apple TV, wifi and the best Internet speeds available on the island. The pool is 6ft at its deepest end and a perfect location to watch the beautiful southwestern Provo sunsets.
On the patio deck, the glass railing provides clear unobstructed views with floating glass and has no banisters or pilings. The beach for Sing a Song Villa I is private with none of the crowds on the resort side of the island at Long Bay and Grace Bay beaches.
There are beach beds available with king size mattresses, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, beach volleyball and also a life-sized game of beach chess. There is also a laundry room within Villa I itself which has extra-large capacity appliances. If you enjoy kite boarding, Sing a Song Villa has plenty of wind on the Southside of the island and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days.
Sing a Song Villa I can be rented separately or together with Villa II and Villa III for larger groups of guests (higher nightly rates would apply when renting all 3 villas together).

Villa I is a Beachfront villa with the beach just outside the patio of the house. On the other side at the front the villa faces Juba Salina which is the largest body of saltwater lakes in Provo. They are great for fishing and you will occasionally spot Flamingo or two.
