The Aman Spa’s experienced therapists combine global wellness practices with the traditional healing practices of the islands and natural ingredients sourced from the surroundings and the Caribbean Sea. Various island massage techniques are used in synergy with Provo’s organic cold-pressed virgin coconut oil, known for its healing and anti-ageing properties. 

PURIFYING JOURNEY

This journey targets purification on every level, from clearing the skin and detoxifying the organs to removing negative energy and focusing the mind. The experience combines three treatments from the Aman Spa’s purifying pathway, beginning with a body scrub and wrap, followed by a deeply relaxing full-body massage, and culminating in a cleansing face ritual – leaving the skin bright and the mind clear.

To cultivate serenity in the face of a stressful lifestyle, this immersion shifts focus inward using meditation, Qi Gong, yoga and breath work alongside specially selected therapies to release tension and promote clarity of thought.

Designed for those seeking to regain control of their lives, the Mindfulness & Stress Management immersion follows a programme of physical and mental practices, supported by mindfulness and meditation techniques, centering spa rituals and healthy nutrition helping shift focus inwards and guiding participants towards inner peace and lasting resilience.

DAILY PROGRAMME

Following an in-depth consultation on arrival, each full day of the personalized programme incorporates a combination of physical movement, specialist treatment sessions and prescribed spa treatments to offer a bespoke pathway to a more peaceful lifestyle.  Therapies such as aquatic body work, acupuncture, yoga and grounding massage work in conjunction with an energising healthy nutrition plan to relieve physical stress and cultivate mental clarity.

DETOX & CLEANSING IMMERSION

For those seeking to purify the body and clear the mind, this immersion is designed to stimulate detoxification pathways through a holistic programme of optimised nutrition, cleansing herbal treatments, and bespoke therapies such as acupuncture and Chi Neil Tsang abdominal massage.
Naturally stimulating detoxification pathways, the Detox & Cleansing immersion purifies the body and refreshes the mind, encouraging a long, healthy and balanced life. Focusing on digestive, lymphatic and elimination systems, a personalised combination of nutrition, movement, massage and herbal therapies cast off impurities and restore equilibrium.

DAILY PROGRAMME

Responding to the individual’s lifestyle, sources of toxicity and common stress factors, therapists develop a personalized wellness programme supported by a nutritionally optimized diet plan. Movement sessions including Tai Chi and Qi Gong help the body’s systems clear out toxic accumulations that build up in busy modern lifestyles.
