Impulse Beach Estate is a high end villa located on Turks and Caicos’ best beaches, Grace Bay. This luxury estate sits on one of the most desirable pieces of beachfront land in Turks and Caicos and even boasts a private boat dock. Grace Bay Beach is consistently ranked the number one or number two beach in the world.
This part of Grace Bay Beach is picture perfect, with white powdery sand and gentle gin colored waters. There is a small live reef just off shore to enjoy with a full color spectrum of fish and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a glimpse of the neighborhood octopus.
The ‘upside down’ floor plan offers guests elevated, sweeping views of Grace Bay Beach which are unequalled on island. Impulse features six large bedrooms, all with private en-suite bathrooms, a large soaking tub, shower stall, and double vanities.

Moving upstairs, the top floor offers some of the most stunning turquoise views on island with 180 degree views of the famous Turks and Caicos water. Designed to accommodate large groups and events, the upper level offers ample seating space, games, a huge private bar, 108″ Ultra HD large projection TV, and a giant chef’s kitchen. Note: AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, therefore eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. Note: Impulse Beach Estate is generally offered by the week on a Saturday to Saturday basis. The Turks and Caicos government requires that 12.0% tax be paid on all vacation villa rentals and this cost must be added to your final payment.
